Can you stack heart and soil supplements? ›

They are specifically designed to have moderate amounts of liver and other unique organs. This means you can essentially take as many of our supplements together as you desire without concern of consuming too much.

Zinc is an essential trade mineral that plays a role in sperm formation, testosterone metabolism, and cell motility. Zinc supplementation has been shown to increase testosterone levels, sperm count, and sperm motility. Folic Acid is a B-vitamin that is necessary for DNA synthesis.

We also suggest taking these in the morning, and if you wanted to split up the dose, we would do morning and afternoon. Often customers notice an increase in energy after taking them, so we do not suggest taking these in the evening or before bed!

Maca Root. Maca root is a plant native to Peru that has been used traditionally to enhance male fertility and libido. Known scientifically as Lepidium meyenii, Maca is sometimes referred to as Peruvian ginseng.

Large doses of minerals can compete with each other to be absorbed. Don't use calcium, zinc, or magnesium supplements at the same time. Also, these three minerals are easier on your tummy when you take them with food, so if your doctor recommends them, have them at different meals or snacks.

Research has found that taking a lot of supplements does not have significant benefits and, in some situations, could be harmful. Avoid combining too many supplements or taking more than what the label or a healthcare provider recommends.

Get enough vitamin C

Research suggests oxidative stress may affect sperm quality and quantity, leading to male infertility. Some evidence indicates that taking antioxidant supplements may help improve male fertility. More specifically, vitamin C supplements may help improve sem*n quality and partner pregnancy rate.

Studies have found that supplements of CoQ10 can help improve sperm movement in infertile men. According to some research, the amount of CoQ10 in the seminal fluid of men has a correlation to their sperm count and sperm motility.

Taking our supplements while fasting will not significantly diminish these benefits, as our supplements only contain about 15 to 20 calories per serving!

Our supplements can be taken in the morning and/or afternoon on an empty stomach or with a meal. We generally suggest a starting dose of six capsules daily (except for Bone Matrix, which has a serving size of three capsules). The amount can be increased for added support.

Although research is limited, certain supplements may increase sem*n volume. D-aspartic acid, fenugreek herbs, and zinc may increase testosterone. Ashwagandha and maca root can help improve sexual function.

[4] At the end of the study, it was found that KSM-66 Ashwagandha root extract supplementation increased testosterone levels by 17%, sem*n volume by 53%, sperm concentration by 167%, luteinizing hormone by 34%, and sperm motility by 57%.

A number of studies have shown that combined selenium and N-acetyl-cysteine therapy improved male infertility (52-54). Moslemi found that combination therapy with selenium and vitamin E significantly improved sperm motility and morphology.

Heart risks: People with heart disease should avoid L-arginine. A study of L-arginine's effect on heart attack survivors had to be stopped early after six people taking the supplement died. L-arginine may make blood pressure dip too low if you're already taking medications to treat the condition.

Combining supplements will not normally interfere with the way they work and in some cases may be beneficial, for example vitamin C helps iron absorption. However, certain supplements may interact with each other.

Yet many herbal supplements may interact with heart disease medicines. For instance, many herbal supplements that are used often interact with the blood thinner warfarin (Jantoven). That's why you need to talk with your health care provider before you take herbal supplements if you take prescription medicines.
