The Jabra Enhance Pro app can also be used on Apple Watch®, but must be installed on your iPhone to work. Requirement for running the app: iOS 12 or later. Watch support requires watchOS 5 and iOS 12 or later.

Jabra Enhance Pro 20 hearing aid users with compatible Android smartphones*, can connect to the next generation Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast broadcast audio. Bluetooth LE Audio provides enhanced performance with hands-free calls. Auracast broadcast audio will enable new audio experiences in private and public places, making the world more hearing friendly and accessible for everyone.


Jabra Enhance Pro 20 is the industry first hearing aid to connect to Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast. Users with compatible Android devices can gain immediate access to both hands-free calling and Auracast broadcast functionality.

Audio Streaming
If your Android smartphone supports direct Android Streaming to Hearing Aids (ASHA), you can download and install the Jabra Enhance Pro app, open it, and tap “Yes, connect now.” Once the hearing aids are paired with your smartphone, you can stream audio directly. Direct streaming to Android devices** is one of the latest advancements in hearing aid connectivity and therefore, it is available in select smartphone models with the required technology. Please check with your service carrier before purchasing a new smartphone to ensure that they have also enabled the service.

Compatibility for Online Services within the Jabra Enhance Pro app requires Android 8 or a later version. If direct Android streaming is not supported by your Android smartphone, you can use the Phone Clip+ to stream sound.

The Phone Clip+ enables you to connect your Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids to any Bluetooth v.2.0 Android device. Phone Clip+ compatibility: Android devices running OS 2.3.5 or later and Bluetooth v. 2.0. Functionality verified on selected devices from HTC, Huawei, LG, Motorola, Samsung and Sony.
