*These Apple models offer Hands-free call capability. Earlier Apple models support call pick up with either the Push Button or TapControl but voice pick-up is done via the Apple device.

Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast™ for Apple devices

Because Select 500s are among the first hearing aids in the industry to offer them, iOS devices do not yet support Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast™. Select 500s do support existing connectivity, such as hands-free calls for compatible iOS devices.

Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast™ for Android devices

Select 500s are among the first hearing aids in the industry to offer Bluetooth LE Audio and Auracast™. Bluetooth LE Audio is the future of connectivity, offering the clearest streamed sound to compatible devices, and the lowest latency and battery consumption for all-day streaming. Auracast™ enables connection to live broadcast audio transmissions in places like concert venues, event spaces, and travel centers, as more of those places support it.

Compatibility for Online Services within the Jabra Enhance Pro app requires Android 8 or a later version. If direct Android streaming is not supported by your Android smartphone, you can use the Phone Clip+ to stream sound.
