How To Make Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip
Place the following ingredients into a crockpot:
- Cream cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Artichoke hearts
- Frozen spinach, defrosted
- Flat-leaf parsley
- Garlic salt
- Salt andpepper
Cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours, or until creamy and hot.

This is perfectly easy to do in the oven as welL! You’ve got it right, I’d go a little lower in heat at 350 and check it for heating through at 30 minutes, up to 45. Enjoy!!

To save on time and to shrink it down for my smaller crockpot I microwaved the mixture for 4 minutes- stopping to stir half way and then at the end. Seemed to really speed up the cooking process!!!

Great recipe! I know its been three years since you posted this, but I wanted to say that I pray for the family who lost their baby boy! I hope that the healing process has begun to make it more tolerable. Just made this and it turned out very good. I did double it and substitute Colby jack for the Parmesan since my son gets migraines from Parmesan but it turned out fine. Picky kids loved it which is always good.
